All framing is 100% commercial-grade rigid-steel, and the wall and roof panels are 26-gauge high-tensile steel. We use zinc aluminum fasteners with EDPM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) washers to secure everything without the risk of rust or the weather weakening the hold. And, of course, we coat our steel panels with Galvalume® for additional weather protection.

Customization and Design

You can then save the design to adjust later or submit it to RHINO for a quote.

Plans and Approval

We want to make the process of ordering and building your custom steel kit as easy for you as possible, so RHINO guarantees that the framing in your kit will meet — or exceed — all local building codes for the full lifespan of the structure. We assure that by providing a Letter of Certification along with 3 sets of Engineer-Stamped Plans. Your kit will also include a steel anchor-bolt plan and a comprehensive construction manual and DVD to explain the whole construction process.

Easy to Build

Once you have your prefabricated steel building kit in your possession, you have options for how to build it. RHINO makes every piece with assembly in mind: clips are pre-welded into place, holes are already drilled, and panels are cut to length. With the manual and dvd sent along, it is possible to build it on your own, especially if you have the proper safety gear and a few friends to help out. For those less comfortable with the idea of DIY, building and erector crews can often be hired to assemble the kits for you quickly and efficiently.
