STEEL FRAME HOME WALL PANEL LAYOUT
Prior to receiving your Rhino Steel frame home kit you will be sent a complete set of blueprints as well as a wall layout drawing that will indicate the exact location of each pre-assembled wall panel. When your wall systems arrive, they will each be alpha/numerically coded to coincide with the drawings. With Rhino your Steel Frame and Building trusses will be assembled only one way...the right way! You'll be quickly on your way to completing a steel frame house that beats all the rest.
STEEL FRAME HOME KIT DELIVERED TO YOUR LOT
All materials necessary to complete the pre-engineered steel buildings frame are delivered to your lot:
· All pre-assembled wall panels & building trusses.
· All self drilling screws necessary to make each steel-to-steel connection.
· All additional metal studs and bracing materials for the completion of soffits, roof and other specialized areas of the structure.
3. STEEL FRAME HOME - COMPLETING THE FRAME
Pre-assembled interior wall panels and soffit material complete your steel framed home structure ready for virtually any type of traditional "finish-out" materials of your choosing. What's more, Rhino includes a material "take-Off" sheet that lists the exact quantity of roof, interior and exterior wall materials necessary for each particular home model... further simplifying the tasks for the Do-It-Yourselfer.
1. STEEL FRAME HOME KIT - WALL ASSEMBLY
Easy to handle panel assemblies are quickly raised into place over each pre-determined location. Drive pins and anchor bolts affix the bottom plate to the concrete and self drilling screws attached each wall panel assembly together. Panels are easily cut with snips or metal saw. 2. STEEL FRAME HOME KIT - BUILDING TRUSS ASSEMBLY
Because of the light weight-to-strength ratio of steel, pre-assembled truss assemblies are easily mounted over wall panels and affixed with special truss clips included in your Rhino shipment. No lifting equipment or fork lifts are necessary on most home models. Bracing members are also included that add additional strength to your roof. These roofs are designed to resist high winds much better than conventional roofs made of wood, and are delivered with designated wind and snow loads.
STEEL FRAME HOME KIT CONNECTIONS
Most all connections are performed with self drilling screws of various shapes and sizes. And with today's screw gun technology and magnetic heads, connections are made much faster and easier. What's more, a connection made with a screw is far more secure than nail connections. This is yet another contributor to the strength and durability of these structures.
